Agents do not return calls requesting to view a property they have for sale. Two messages left, two different personnel, no calls back. Im glad Im not trying to sell a property through this agency.
IMHO avoid renting holiday accommodation at 8 Victor Ave Narrawallee. LJH accepted our application, took our "sizable" deposit, then reneged. Not good. Bloody huge inconvenience, combination owner & real estate amateurish.Never experienced anything like this in 20 years visiting south coast.
