Horrible experience. For us in 2019. Room was dirty and to say the least had roaches in the cupboards. Blankets were dirty, staff had to replace blankets and took out all items from cupboard without replacing with clean items. So paid for a kitchenette that couldnt be used in family suite. Thick dust on cupboards and the management have notices they will charge additional $60 if you do not clean their kitchen to satisfaction upon departure, despite the roaches.Had to ask for replacements blankets. Couch was sticky and stained. Management have not contacted me to address the issues and refused to acknowledge any issues through the booking provider. Have pictures of issues and have had to take issues further.

The only thing good is location and next to a police station.Here are the negatives:- 1980s 'ish decor and styling... questionable.- The noise insulation not that great. - The bathroom is designed for people of a short stature. - Limited parking, best to come park or lose your spot- Next to a KFC, you can smell the oily cooking- Check-ins at 2/2.30pm+ only
We tried to stay here a long time ago but they were booked out but still gave us a fun land card
