I will never visit this salon again. Went here for a blunt trim (wanted it cut to my collar bone) and Peta absolutely hacked it. I felt anxious but thought to myself "she knows what she is doing" but I was wrong. I am still paying for this mistake over 1 year later. Not only did she cut it really really short, she decided to add grab pieces of my hair and cut them straight off (some type of layering effect that no other hairdressers have seen before). She did my whole cut in about 5 mins (rushed). I was mortified and bawled my eyes out! I've found a new hairdresser who is amazing and she has been helping me get my hair to how I want it. I still shutter when I think about that experience at Hedz Up.
