I have been shopping at Pipi's of Batemans Bay and at Ulladulla since the Batemans Bay store was first opened. I buy most of my daughter's clothing from this store and I have never EVER been disappointed with the service or customer attention. An earnest desire to be helpful has always been displayed by every staff member. Any issues over quality (and I can only recall two incidents over the years) have been addressed immediately in a cheerful and enthusiastic manner and I would not hesitate in recommending either of these stores to anyone looking for a lovely selection of clothes and great service!!!!!
Where do I begin... Staff that were too busy talking about their Sat night to actually help or even say hello!!! Was happy when I found this place a there are not too many clothing stores in Ulladulla. I ended up buying a little pantsuit and wore it the next day and the stitching came undone. Took it was back and was told I could not have a refund as I had purchased the wrong size!! I'm a size 6-8 and brought a 10 as I liked it loose. CUSTOMER SERVICE APPALLING!!!!!!!
